Dr. Okonkwo discusses real life torsades management during our Dirty Deep Dive lecture series.

I recently spoke at our EM conference about a patient in my ED who developed Torsades. The patient presented with abdominal pain and intractable vomiting. She received zofran for her symptoms. When the nurse later brought me a not so lovely rhythm strip, I knew exactly what had happened. The patient was treated for Torsades and was discharged a few days later.
